Need additional equity or investors to close on your investment property? If you use us as your agent to acquire your Investment property, we will invest up to 15%* of the equity required to close the deal.  We will also provide a discounted management fee once we close.  BPG also provides construction management services for tenant improvements/remodeling or light updating.
